Hi,
I am on H1B and working for employer X. My VISA validity is upto Dec 2011 but because of this market situation and unavailibility of the projects, my employer is not able to pay me the full salary on bench (Already he paid me for 3 months) and he sent me an email that your assignment with this company comes to an end with 09/30/2009.
Previously I was working with employer A and my H1 validity was until Jan 2011. Can I go back to my previous employer (emp A) and start working for him or he needs to transfer my H1B again?
