I currently have an approved H1-b that will be valid on Oct 1st 2009. Am
I able change employers before I even start working for the employer who I currently have the visa with.

Am I able to enter the US as a visitor after Oct 1st and find another job and fly back home when the new employer files a new petition on my behalf?? If approved re-enter the US and get my stamp for new employer??
