I was on your website and I found it to be highly informative. However I have an usual query I was hoping you could assist me with.
My fiance has been approved for an H1B visa. He will now have to attend an interview in India before having his passport officially stamped.
He is a PHP technical architect with over 10 years experience in his field. However he has no master's degree and his Bachelors is in English Literature as opposed to an IT related degree.
Please can you tell me if this is likely to be a problem? He is extremely well qualified, highly competent and is often scouted by Indian companies. If someone is so well qualified, is their written qualifications so important?
Thank you.
