H4 Visa holder * Question abt school

Good day all Members,

I'm currently under H4 visa status and intend to enroll into the community college in CA, however i wonder that will my tutition fee be charged as a foreign students eg. F1 student or treated as a local students ? Understand my sons (with same visa stutus) can be enrolled into the local pubic school.

It really depends on the school. Some schools treat H status as instate if they have resided there for more than 1 year and some don't. The school's registrar office should be able to answer that question for you or their website.
