Hi,

I am h-1b holder and my visa got expired back in september 2008.but i have valid extension till october 2011.I am planning for visa stamping but little scary of denial.is it more safe to go to canda or india as i m indian.i m pharmacist by profession.Which option is better.canda or india???????.does it make any difference as my extension is already year old.
