h1b transfer denied

I am with comp a and applied for tranfer to comp B. My h1b transfer denied.
But i am still with comp a. will my comp(comp a) know abt the transfer denial and revoke my h1b? what is my status now?

Not unless you tell them. As long as As petition and your I-94 are valid, you can work for them.
