VISA on previous employer.

Hi,

I came to states 1.5 years ago, then I got my visa stamped with an employer A and its valid till Sep 2010. Later I got a PERM offer in another company and transferred my H1-B to them, but my H1-B VISA is still on my old employer.
Now, I'm planning to get married this November in India and want to bring my wife with me to US on H4 visa. I have following questions,

1). Should I get my H1-B stamped with new employer
2) If I don't get stamped and my wife attends VISA interview with my old VISA will it be an issue for her. Also, all supporting documents (Exp. letter and pay-stubs) abt. my employment will be related to New employer and VISA is on old employer.
