LCA with no name on it

I have my original LCA for employers location.Now i work from the client site and I had it got amended through an attorney that represent my employer.LCA apparently got accepted, but we see no name (my name or my company's name).this is worrying.seems like something is wrong.

I have interview scheduled for 1st week of November.Please advise txh1b.
