  • 221(G) clearance and next Visa stamping

In 2007 i have received a 221(G) for my h1 b visa for admin process and additional docs then i have submitted the necessary documents and i successfully got the visa. Now i am planning to go for my 3yr extension stamping,

what should i mention in DS-156 form item 31:: Has ever your US visa has been refused or not?

Please let me know this is important for me.

Receiving form 221g is not a refusal. Since you finally got the visa stamped, you should answer No.

CASE sent back to USCIS and then VISA interview

Please inform me : if my case was sent back to USCIS and then it was re-affirmed.
          In FORM 156,
what should I write under : HAVE YOU EVER BEEN REFUSED A VISA ?
