H4 To H1 Transfer should have a gap ?
Hi,
My wife had H4 applied for H1.. received H1(in march-lottery etc) and Could get a short project for 2-3 weeks and had valid paystubs.
Due to bad job market employer pushed to return bak the H1(in jul) and now she is back to h4 (OCT-09).
Now we have another openings for our profile and the Question is How long we have to wait for Requesting h1 back ?
How long should we wait to Request for Chagne of status from H4 to H1b.
