TIME gap allowed to join, after getting H1B stamping

How much time is allowed to join a US sponsored company after getting it stamped?
I will make it simpler to understand:
TODAY I get H1B stamping, tomorrow I leave for Europe for 3 months and then come back to INDIA to leave for US .....
Now back to my QUESTION :

How much time is allowed to join a US sponsored company after getting it stamped?

Your US company has to tell you how long job will wait for you. From USCIS, no rule to join the company in specific period.
