    H1 b Transfer, VIsa stamp

    Hi All,

    Do H1 b visa trasfer require new H1 b visa stamp to re-enter US even after having a valid H1 visa?

    No. If the previous H1b visa is still valid, then you use that to re-enter U.S.

      Thanks for teh reply. I was on H1 before and changed to H4 for abt 6 months and now back to H1 with an approved 797.

        Does not matter. As long as the visa is valid, it can be used.
