  • PASSPORT EXPIRY in less than 6 months at VISA interview

I have less than 6 months remaining on my passport.
May I apply for my U.S. visa?
Will they refuse to INTERVIEW ME ?

You should renew your passport first.

The problem may not be with the interview but at port of entry in getting proper I-94.

The problem is that we have the interview tomorrow-
MY QUERY is - I hope that tomorrow the EMBASSY allow us inside for the INTERVIEW. I get the STAMPING done on my old passport and attach the new passport when we travel USA.

The worst that could happen is them ask for a new passport to be submitted which you can always do.
