Hi there -- 'am travelling to india very soon, and i have an visa appointment scheduled for H1-b class.
Just to give you guys a quick briefing on my present situation...
1. Came to US on F1 on dec2004. (f1 visa is valid until dec 07)
2. Went to India on Nov 06 came back to US on Jan2007. (I-94#1)
3. H1-b petition approved on Feb -07 from Employer A ..so received new I-94(#2)
4. Transferred from Emp A- Emp B received new I-797A with new I-94(#3)
My question is....i have all three i-94's with me now stapled in my passport and planning to travel in few days. ... so which i94 should i hand over to the airline officials or whoever it is who collects the i94's.
Any advise is highly appreciated.
