I lost my job 2 months back but found another company who filed for my H1B and it was approved till 2011.
My joining date with the new company is mid December. I am going to India due to a personal emergency and have taken a date for visa restamping in Nov end.
I have an employment verification letter and offer letter from the company stating that I am employed with them and will start mid Dec.
But I don't have paystubs from the new employer since I have not started working for them. Could this cause me a problem during restamping?
Please reply. I am very worried.
