Returning to US after 10 months.

Hi,
I have H1B visa and it is valid till april 2010.i came to india in jan 2009.now iam planning to go to US in nov 29th 2009.am i going to face any problem with POE(port of entry)..please help me ...Thanks in advance

What type of visa?
There will be no issues if you travel for the right reason with the required documents to support your travel.
