Hi All,
II have gone for interview @ Mumbai consulate.After taking the interview ,VO issued me a 221(g) form(White color) and asked me to submit project description and unemployment wage reports.
The VO asked me to come with the documents and submit at US Consulate not at VFS.She given back all the documents except DS-156 and DS-157.That means, will they allow me to attend the interview once i submitting the documents next time (Instead of putting it into drop box )??
The below is mentioned in my 221g form.
Dear Visa Applicant,
This office unable to issue your visa at this time. Further action in your case has been suspended under section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
From Your petitioner
A copy of the petition with all supporting documents as files to USCIS(including full I-129,cover letter for USCIS,and education equivalent report)
Petitioner’s income tax return for the last two years and financial statements.(This I given to VO but she is not satisfied, I don’t know why?)
A notarized list of all the petitioner’s employees. The list should show all the employees names, their job titles, start and end dates. Their individual salaries, their immigration status, and which project/client they are working with.
State unemployment wage reports, showing all wages paid to each employee in the state for the past three quarters as filed to All states.(This should be the actual forms filed to the state authorities listing each employee and wages paid during the quarter);
A detailed and specific description of the internal development project to which you will be assigned.Include a complete technical description of the project,employer,time line,current status,number of employee assigned,worksite location,and marketing analysis for the final product.(I was having the Project db table structure and form design.She is not satisfied with it)
I will get the documents from my Employer by this week.
Hope everything will be thru next time.
