Process H1 Stamping after a H4 stamping

My wife and me work for the same organisation, and both have applied for H1B.

While my petition has been approved, hers is still in process.

I plan to proceed for stamping on my petition and plan to process a H4 stamping for her, as of now

Later, on approval of her petition, H1 stamping would be processed for her. The H4 stamping is just to be sure that she can travel even if her H1 does not fall through.

Please let me know if there can any complications in processing a H1 Stamping for her after a few months. i.e. process H4 stamping for my spouse now, and later update with a H1 stamping

Absolutely no problem. She can get her H4 now and H1B later when her petition gets approved.
