Hello,
My sisterinlaw has a H1b visa valid till oct 2010 but she is not
employed with anyone here in US. she was in india for 1 year for her
maternity. she is planning to enter US next year in feb/march does she
need to convert herself to h4 or she can enter US with h1b inspite of
no employer?
