Hi,
I came to US 2 years back on H4. Now I changed my status from H4 to H1. I am trying to find a job for myself but not sure when I will get one(My employer is not helping me). My questions,
1. How long can I stay in US without a job on H1 VISA?
2. If I am not working for so long will it affect my status?
3. If I can stay in US, (showing unpaid vacation from my employer) does it affect my W2 form ?
Also, any other related info will be appreciated.
