Regarding extension

Hi

My husband is about to complete his H1 period and when we have to file for extension do i also need to give my I-94 number bcoz i came to USA on H4 and changed to H1 and back to H4.

You can apply for extension 2-3 months before expiry.
H4 also should apply for extension using I-539 form.
Copy of I-94 is required for both.
