Hi,
I have applied my H1 visa and got it approved from INS for only one year i.e till Oct 2005. I have my appt in Chennai in Nov 2nd week. My question is why is that i got validity for only one year. Is it common or unusual case. Will there be any problems at chennai for the visa issuance. I have been working in Hyd for the past 5 years and have all the necessary documents. Any help/suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks.
