Transfer H1 to othere employer

Hi All,

I am working in a company as full time employee and they are holding my H1. Due to other prospects , I want to transfer my H1 to other employer who will do transfer process. While transfering my H1 to other employer, incase , if the H1 transfer is rejected/denied , Can I stay under the existing employer where I am now.
Can you pls suggest me
