My spouse had no break in pay last year and I did have 1 month break- Without pay.
While filing tax should we file as joint or independently.
I got to know that while green card processing- I might get some problem because of pay break.
If we file tax jointly, will my spouse green card processing will be affected?
Or we should file separately?
Or we should not worry , file jointly as it will not cause problem in my spouse green card.
