H1B petition help

Hi All,
I have a complicated situation!!

I am working in India, I worked for XYZ company and applied for L1B and have traveled with the same visa to US twice from XYZ.
now I have changed my company to ABC, now my new compnay(ABC) wants me to apply for H1b.

The issue here is.

The petition that I have for BL1(FROM XYZ) is having lot of spelling mistake and also in some of the pages my name is not there on the BL1 petition(it has some other name other than mine).

1. please let me know if I need to submit my BL1 petition from my previous employer when I apply for new H1B petition from new company.
2. what are the chances that my H1B would be rejected.

1) No need to submit L1 petition for H1.
2) That depends on H1 employer and job
