No Address in US while travelling to India

Hi All,

I apologize if this question has been asked before. I tried looking and could not find anything.

I am working in California on an H1 B visa.

I am travelling to India in early Feb to get married and I am planning to move out of my current apartment before I go to India. I plan to return in early April with my wife and look for a new apartment when I am back.

Another factor that may be important here is that I have applied for green card and my I 140 has been approved.

I suppose AR 11 "Change of address" to report my change of address is not right here? My questions:

1) Do I have to report anything to the USCIS or any other agency?
2) If so, what do I report and how?

I also plan to apply for H4 dependent visa for my wife while I am in India. What is the address that I give to the following questions in Visa application forms for her:

1) In DS 156: At What address will you stay in the US?
2) In DS 157: Full Name and Address of Contact Person or Organization in the United States (Including Telephone Number)
