H1 - Stay after leaving job

I am currently woking on H1B visa.
I will go back to India for Higher education.
How long can I stay in US after leaving my current job?

Can I stay in US for another 15 days after my last day at current Job and then go out of the country?

Will there be any issue when I leave as I dont have a job?

Immigration rules wise, you should always be paid while on H1.
Else you lose status.

You won't have any problem while leaving.

You can stay until the last day of your H1B. H1B does not have a grace period. Leaving the country is not an issue. Getting back after overstaying can be an issue.
