I94 while leaving

I came on F1 and has I-94. i got my H1B approval. With I 797 I have another I94 attached with it. Do I need to submit both the I-94 to the airlines while leaving from USA. please reply me ASAP. I will be leaving in this week.

Yes. Take a copy for your future records and return all the I-94's that you have .
