Can we return to usa???

hi we r planning to visit india for a couple of weeks in may 2010, but our visa expires in oct 2010. will we have any problems when we return, in immigration as our visa is expiring soon? please help! my hubby who is working here is in h1 and me and my kids r dependents.

You can return as long as the Visas are valid. However, sometime the officer at the POE may give you an I-94 only till the validity of the visa (Even if the primary H1B holder's petition is valid for a longer duration), in which case you need to file for extension upon your return.
