Anyone got appointment in Toronto US consulate

I am not able to get an appointment for H1 Stamping in Toronto US Consulate. I am refreshing the page 5-10minutes once for past 1 week and still I am not lucky. If anyone has got any appointment recently or in same situation like me please share the information. Is there any third party agencies from which I can get help.
