Hi -
I will be completing my 6 years on my H1-B by July 2010.
My company has filed for an H1-B extension based on I-140 that I have from my previous company.
I have seen online that my H1-B is denied (I am still waiting for the notice). I have an AP/EAD though.
1. Firstly, is it OK to file for an H1-B extension with a valid I-140 from my previous company?
2. If my H1-B is denied, can I still continue to work until the end of my current H1?
3. I have to travel outside US and if I return on Advanced Parole, can I still use my H1 until its expiry or do I have to use my EAD?
Hope some one will get back to me ASAP. Thanks!!
