  • L1 to H1 COS Stamping

I recently started working for one of the top 3 US bank as an H1 full time Employee after working for them as consultant on L1 via an IT consulting firm.
I need to visit India & therefore get my H1 visa stamped.
I have just started & will have only 1 pay stub from my H1 employer, can this be a problem?

Due to recent developments in terms of hardening of visa rules, though i am a full timer from this leading bank what are the chances of my visa getting approved?

Should not be a problem. Carry the pay slips from the previous employer too. Getting a visa depends on a lot of factors. So carry all the required documents listed in the "Visas" section of immihelp and you should be fine.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
