All:

I am with employer A (Desi Consulting firm ) , they have filed for my Labour couple of months ago (Not yet approved)..
I have an full time offer from a Company B .. My 6th year of H1 with be over my Oct 2012...

if i transer my H1 B to Employer B .. will i be able to get 1 extension beyond i.e 2012 ..based on Labour approval from
employer A
