Wait time for H1B visa stamping

It is now 10 days since I gave my passport for H1B visa stamping at US Embassy in Sydney. My application was approved

Can anyone tell me how long will it take for me to get the passport back, so that I can make travel arrangements. I have to start work early February 2010.

Check with the embassy to see if your application is under administrative processing (This might happen even after a successful visa interview). If so, it might take it's own course of time. If everything is fine, then you should receive the passport with 10 days.
