Hi,
I am currently on OPT and my EAD expires on May 3rd. I will be filing for H1 on Apr 1st for the 2010 quota.
My wife (who was earlier on F2 here) is currently in India and she will re-enter the US in May. (sometime after my EAD would have expired and my H1 would have been filed). I want to know if my wife would be able to re-enter the US or will she have to wait till my H1 kicks-in in October. Please let me know if anyone is aware of any work arounds, like coming in on a visitor visa etc.
