H1 Extension-Wife Pregnant

Guys,
Please help me on this..

My H1(3 yrs) is going to expire in Feb 2010 and my wife is pregnant and due in march .
what if my h1b wont gets extended?She cant travel now and i will be out of status??
Can anyone plz share the solution.

You will need to try and apply for a COS to B1/B2. If not, both of you will be considered illegal past the I-94 expiry. Try and get an attorney's help.

If you don't get B-1/B-2 leave country with ur wife as soon as u can, may be in April. You should be able to get visa stamped from consulate in your home country if you get petition approved and not COS. I am sure visa officer will be understanding to your situation.
