I am going to have an H1b sponsor by my company. The headquarter of my company is in France and it has a "sub division" in chicago. So they apply for my visa for chicago.
I have two questions regarding this:
- Is there a requirement for the size of the company in US? For example can the visa H1 be refused because we are only 5 employees in the US and we should be minimum 50 to qualify?
- All of the employee in the US are french with visas (other than H1). Can my visa get refused because my company does not have at least one american employee?
