Last year I applied for labor. My employer told that it went to audit. My question is can I extend my stay afetr 6 years in US even though labor is in audit condition. If yes what is the procedure?Thanks in advance

If you have applied for Labor 365 days before the end of your 6th year, then you can apply for the 7th year extension (When labor is pending). The procedure is same as applying a normal extension. In addition, you need to provide some proof that you actually filed the labor 365 days before the end of 6th year.
