Exempt H1B?

Hello

What does it mean exempt H1B?
In the form I-129 they ask if the employee is exempt because
1- the annual rate >= $60000
2- or the employee has a master degree or higher

I am in both categories (1 and 2) which mean i am exempt. what does that mean, i am kind of scared... Is there an impact on my application?

That means the employer is considered exempt from additional scrutiny. That is better. Nothing to worry about.
