    h1b visa stamping immediate relatives

    I was wondering if it would affect my chances of getting an H1B visa stamp, if I mention that my fiancee is an American citizen. I plan to go for my stamping in India in early April and get married in mid-April. Would there be a problem if I didn't mention it in the DS-160 application?

    You have to mention all facts right.
    No impact on H1 visa. H1 is dual-intent.
