Hi!
I am waiting for H1B transfer. I applied in Jan, 2009. I received RFP in April, 2009. We responded, but have not information.
After 6 months since June, 2009, I cannot work. Now if I geting new project through another employer 1) can I apply for H1B transfer again through this employer.
About my oldest H1B (its valid till Dec 2010). 2) How long can I wait for H1B approval.
Appreciate your help.
