Regarding I-140 Approval

Hi,

My I-140 got approved and my employer has to file my visa extension next month. if at all my extension gets rejected and then if i have to go back to india

1) what will be the status of my I-140 ? Is there any option to use that back and apply for 485 when my priority date comes even from india ?

2) I am wheel chair bound person. Is there any option or special quota to apply for I-485 for disabled persons ?

Thanks for you very much for the reply. As these days new rule "Employee-Employer" relationship is causing problems in denial of H1 extension. if by chance it happens can i be able to use my I-140 which already got approved ? i mean if i go back to india and when my priority date comes will i be able to apply for 485 from india ?

If your extension is denied due to that reason, your green card processing also can be in problem due to the same reason.
