URGENT- DS 160 Form Question- For H4 (7 year old child)

We are filling in ds 160 form for H4 stamping for our daughter who is 7 years old and goes to elementary school in usa. What option should we choose for present "occupation" ?
The system gives us following choices that seems suitable: education,Other,not employed,student
please advise.
if we choose "other" OR "student" we are asked to fill in school name etc. Is that right? or should we choose"Not Employed" . please clarify.

"Is your mother in the U.S."

We are filling in ds 160 form for H4 stamping for our son who is 5 years old and goes to elementary school in usa. What option should we choose for "Is your mother in the U.S.?" ?
The system gives us following choices that seems suitable: yes / no
please advise. Mother will be in the US at the time of submission of the form ds 160, but at New Delhi, India embassy at the time of appointment / interview.
