Hi All,
I'm a Ph.D. student now and graduating in August. I got a job and they will sponsor H1B. The attorney requires a copy of my Ph.D. diploma to submit my H-1b case to the USCIS. But I can't have before this August.
Some of my friends did not need the diploma to get H1B. Is the policy changed? Should I negotiate with the attorney to file H1b without a diploma?
Thank you!!!
