Main transfer petition received NOID(Notice Of Intent to Deny) after 12 months of its approval. I did not worked for that transfer petition location/client and started working for different client/location with amendment. Currently I my extension to amendment is filed and received RFE and within a week company received NOID for main transfer petition(Which was approved 12 months ago for different client/loc). We have responded to both NOID and RFE, will Denial to main transfer petition impact my ongoing extension which is for diff client/loc?
