H1 to H4 - Visa Stamping

My husband was laid off this december and immediately applied a COS to H4 and it got approved. We are travelling to India next month. He already had an H1 stamping 2yrs back with his previous employer. I am stamping H1 for the first time with an H4 for my husband and we are planning to appear for the interview same time. Could there be any issues with his H4 stamping? Could there be any weird questions during the Visa interview as he was on H1 before?

No issues. All that matters for the H4 stamping is the primary H1b holder's (Your) documents.
