H-1B Extension RFE

My I94 got expired on Jna 10 2010 and My employer applied for my H-1B Extension and got RFE.

Can I Transfer my H-1B to employer B .. though my I94 experied and H-1B extension is in pending status

Extension or Transfer should be done before I-94 expires.
Now yu're in US without any status.
