H1B Renewal stamping

My HIB was expired in Jun 2008 and I got 3 yrs extension in time. The new I797 is valid for 3 yrs untill Jun 2011. I am planning to visit India and I will have to get the new Visa stamped?

VFS site has a question -
"Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?"

I understand, my answer should be 'No' as my H1B expired in Jun 2008, however I have a valid status as I have extension untill Jun 2011

I will appriciate if some body could validate my understanding or let me know if I am wrong.

You should answer no. The question is clearly about the valid visa. It is not about the valid petition or status.
