Does 240 day rule still exists for H1 ??

Hi All,

I have my H1 Extension in Aug 2019 month and i have a question on 240 day rule. Does 240 day rule still exists currently ? What if i stay after my I94 last date and my petition got denied before 240 days ?

Please someone reply on my above query. Thanks in advance

Yes. If the extension of status is denied, then you can no longer work.
