H4 visa stamping with h1b expired

Hello
my wife has travelled to India for medical emergency and her h4 visa is expired , she qualified for Dropbox , question I have is my h1b is expired last year and she took my latest approved 797 with her . However my previous visa says clearance received and her doesn't . Do you think there is more chance for her to get 221 g , when she got her first stamping and she received in 3 days even then my visa was clearance recieved but it was valid then .
